The Vicon application team is looking for a hands-on, creative C++ developer who wants to do more than just write code. This position entails designing and writing high-quality code in various complex software architectures for new and existing product lines. Our ideal applicant must be an excellent communicator, problem solver, and team player with the C++ development experience to take our products to the next level.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
- Currently reside or be willing to relocate to the Denver metro area
- Legal right to work in US
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, motivated team player
- Responsible and self directed on short and medium term goals
- Flexible; ability to recognize the needs to do something and do it
- Exceptional problem solving skills
Preferred Skills
- GUI design and coding, communications, multi threading
- Software quality processes
- Qt, OpenGL, MFC, .NET, WPF, or other GUI toolkits
- STL, Boost. Scripting languages
- Experience in Motion capture or biomechanics a plus
Travel Requirements
Some domestic and international travel may be required.
