VICON LAUNCHES VICON ONLINE SUPPORT
Commitment to High Quality Customer Support Continues

13 September 2006, Oxford UK. Vicon’s commitment to providing the highest quality customer support continues as it launches a dramatically improved Vicon Online Support system. Vicon Online Support is an online web portal developed for customers to login 24 hours a day and receive technical support and account information.

Vicon Online Support is now intelligent, recognizing each customer and providing them with information specific to their Vicon system.

The new system enables customers to download the latest software releases and plug-ins, search over 500 FAQs, log support and maintenance requests as well as view their open and closed cases. Vicon Online Support also provides an easy to use ‘My System’ page for customers to manage all aspects of their account. It is now possible to view and renew dongles, add or edit up to 20 contacts’ details and get an instant overview of everything happening with their account.
