Vicon at ESMAC 2024: All about the community! 

We had an amazing experience in Oslo, Norway a couple of weeks ago at the European Society for Movement Analysis in Adults and Children (ESMAC) conference. As both a sponsor and exhibitor, Vicon is proud to maintain our ongoing participation in this event. Keep reading for a recap of our activities during the week!

Vicon User Group Social

On Thursday evening, we hosted the annual Vicon ESMAC User Group Social. This was a fantastic evening with pizza, shuffleboard and drinks. We had a record number of attendees at 183! We had so much fun connecting with our valued ESMAC community. Thank you to all who joined us!

ESMAC Gala Dinner

We are proud to have sponsored the Gala dinner coaches with our friends at Prophysics SOL. This was an excellent evening planned by the ESMAC committee with amazing Norwegian cuisine, live music and great company. We even had the opportunity to see the Northern Lights before going home, it was an unforgettable evening! 

The Dr. Tom Shannon ESMAC Promising Scientist Award

In memory of one of our founders and beloved members of the ESMAC community, we are proud to have presented our second Dr. Tom Shannon ESMAC Promising Scientist Award. Congratulations to Hans Kainz for this special honor!
