Summary:
This script can be used to convert the global angle output from a Blue Trident (BT) sensor in Nexus (output as helical/axis-angle) into Quaternion,
Euler Angles, and/or a rotation matrix. The script takes the global angle BT data (225 Hz or upsampled in c3d) and writes it out to a CSV file.
Dependencies: pandas, numpy
