• • Make sure you have downloaded and installed all the required drivers (https://www.silabs.com/products/development-tools/software/usb-to-uart-bridge-vcp-drivers) when using Lighting to download data.
  • If your sensors are still not recognised, unplug your sensors, turn them off and on, then plug them in again.
